SIM900 is an SMT module and has a complete Quad-band GSM or GPRS solution. It can be directly embedded in any application. It is a GSM compatible cell phone, works on the frequency of 850, 900 1800, or 1900 MHz It can be used for internet access, oral communication, and SMS. AMR926EJ-S processor manages the module and controls phone and data communication.
