74595 8-bit Serial to Parallel Shift Register

74595 is a member of 74 series gate IC. It is an 8-bit serial-in the parallel-out shift register, which means receive data serially and outputs parallel.  IC is manufactured with high-speed CMOS technology and comes in 16 pins dual-in-line Plastic Package (DIP).
